The fledgling flies up high,
out of the valley, up to the tall tree;
the dragon-god, with fang and claw,
transforms among the islands of the sea.

This oracle likens a person to a fledgling whose skills are not yet honed and who doesn't know how high heaven is; newly entering society, they can hardly avoid the buffeting of the rolling waves.
